Welcome to Canyons Village and White Pine Canyon

A flourishing resort community with ski-in/ski-out luxury properties.

Over the past decade, Canyons Village has been converted into a first-rate resort with ski-in/ski-out luxury lodgings, excellent dining, entertainment, and retail options, and a par-70 golf course. Vail Resorts built a gondola to connect Canyons Village to Park City Mountain to create one of the largest ski mountains in North America. Condominium complexes like Hidden Creek and Red Pine offer more affordable options for those on a budget, while Pendry, The Waldorf Astoria Park City, and Hyatt Escala Lodge, all relatively newer additions to the resort community, offer some of the finest slopeside retreats.

The Colony at White Pine Canyon is a gated, 4,600-acre ski ranch community near The Canyons Village. It offers some of the country's largest ski-in/ski-out home sites and the protection of open, undeveloped land with public trail access. It's one of Park City's most exclusive gated communities, and the only way to see the gorgeous homes is via ski.
