Canyons Village & White Pine Canyon

Converted into a first-rate resort with ski-in/ski-out luxury lodgings, excellent dining, entertainment, and retail options, and a par-70 golf course.

Welcome to Canyons Village and White Pine Canyon

A flourishing resort community with ski-in/ski-out luxury properties.

Over the past decade, Canyons Village has been converted into a first-rate resort with ski-in/ski-out luxury lodgings, excellent dining, entertainment, and retail options, and a par-70 golf course. Vail Resorts built a gondola to connect Canyons Village to Park City Mountain to create one of the largest ski mountains in North America. Condominium complexes like Hidden Creek and Red Pine offer more affordable options for those on a budget, while Pendry, The Waldorf Astoria Park City, and Hyatt Escala Lodge, all relatively newer additions to the resort community, offer some of the finest slopeside retreats.

The Colony at White Pine Canyon is a gated, 4,600-acre ski ranch community near The Canyons Village. It offers some of the country's largest ski-in/ski-out home sites and the protection of open, undeveloped land with public trail access. It's one of Park City's most exclusive gated communities, and the only way to see the gorgeous homes is via ski.

Things to Do

The outdoor amphitheater at Canyons Village is one of the town's most recognizable features. That picturesque location hosts concerts and other activities year-round. This venue presents the Spring Concert Series every year in March and April. Many local and regional bands travel long distances to play at this festival. The 18-hole, par-70 course at Canyons Golf spans over 97 acres. Play a round of golf on terrain used as ski slopes in the winter, and enjoy the gorgeous scenery and challenging elevation changes. Some holes have elevation changes of 300 feet, and there are numerous water hazards to navigate.
Over Labor Day weekend, residents of Canyons Village gather to celebrate Oktoberfest. This family-friendly event kicks off on Friday, followed by a weekend full of activities. Over seven days, elite cyclists from across the world compete in the Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah. Racers and spectators are invited to enjoy the festivities. At Park City, one day is not enough to celebrate Independence Day. Celebrations start a day early with the 3rd of July celebration at Canyons Village.
