Stein Eriksen Estates is located at 5000 Royal Street in Park City, Utah. It is approximately 45 miles from Salt Lake In- ternational Airport and 1 mile to Park City’s Historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival and world-class dining and shopping. It is approximately 3.5 minutes from Stein Eriksen Lodge.

There are 15 homesites ranging from .50 acres to 3 acres, two single family homes are currently available for purchase.

Yes, a formal HOA has been formed called 5000 Royal Street HOA, with a D.B.A of Stein Eriksen Estates.

The HOA is being managed by Stein Eriksen Lodge Management Corporation (SELMC), which is known as industry leader in the area for professional services.

Annual estimated dues are $29,000 and cover common area mainte-nance expenses of the development. (Dues do not include individual home utilities or property taxes).
