Things to Do

Deer Valley Resort offers a unique skiing experience. Ski in perfect conditions across 2,000 acres of varying terrain and slopes. You can also ski with an Olympic skiing champion. Skiing with one of these athletes can be a half or full-day experience you and your friends and family will never forget. At Deer Valley Resort, the top freestyle skiers in the world compete in the Freestyle International Ski World Cup during winter. In this event, you will see athletes twisting, flying, and racing their way to the podium.
 
In the cool summer, attend the annual Mountain Beer Festival to sample brews from more than a dozen Utah breweries. Guests at this one-of-a-kind festival can ride the chairlift to several locations throughout the resort to take in the sights, dine, and listen to live music.
 
The Twilight Ride Series allows riders to explore the Deer Valley mountains after dark. Private lessons are also available if booked in advance. Attend the summer concert series at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater. This theater hosts two music series each year: the Grand Valley Bank Community Concert Series and the Utah Symphony's Deer Valley® Music Festival.
