Park Meadows and Prospector

A tranquil neighborhood of winding streets flowing through horse property, condominiums, townhouses, and single-family homes.

Welcome to Park Meadows and Prospector

Walkable and picturesque neighborhood, home to the Sundance Film Festival.

Park Meadows is a tranquil neighborhood of winding streets flowing through horse property, condominiums, townhouses, and single-family homes. It is named for Park Meadows Country Club, located at its epicenter. The community was initially master-planned in the 1970s and has since spread up along the slopes, where opulent residences offer expansive ski resorts views and valley vistas. Most of the property owners in Park Meadows are permanent residents. However, the neighborhood's expansive vistas, practical location, and friendly atmosphere are luring second-home owners who were unaware of the neighborhood's appeal as a resort real estate substitute.

Prospector is one of Park City's oldest districts, situated in the city's epicenter. It comprises mainly single-family residences (primarily year-round) and townhomes. Prospector's proximity to the neighborhood parks, schools, and the historic Rail Trail system is one of its primary selling points. In addition to being on the free bus route, Prospector is close to several fine dining restaurants.
